This is so good. I like to make this and serve it over grilled chicken and also as a good rub for corn on the cob.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons fresh minced rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh minced garlic

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender until smooth.
