Cube Steaks And Gravy Recipe

How to make it

  • Salt and pepper cube steaks and dredge in flour. Fry until browned. Place in crockpot. Mix gravy mix, soup and water and pour over steaks. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hrs.

    This is a very good dish. I have made it for years with a couple of small changes. I use a can of golden mushroom soup and a pkg of onion mushroom mix. Sometimes I throw in some mushrooms too depending on whether I have any fresh on hand. You are totally correct it is comfort food to the max. :)
