Avocado With Spicy Prawn Filling

- 10 king prawns shopping list
- 50 g chives finely chopped shopping list
- 6 cherry tomatoes shopping list
- 1 avocado shopping list
- 2 tablespoons of tomato puree shopping list
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt shopping list
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil shopping list
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tsp of chilli shopping list
- 1 tsp of ginger shopping list
- 1/2 cucumber shopping list
How to make it
- Boil prawns until pink.
- In a bowl combine all ingredients except for the avocado,cherry tomatoes and cucumber.
- When cool mix prawns into the bowl and let marinate in the sauce for an hour in the fridge.
- Peal and slice avocado in half vertically. Remove stone.
- Chop cucumber into thin slices.
- Spoon the prawn mixture into the avocado halves
- Top with cucumbers and tomatoes.
