How to make it

  • Bring water in pan to boil, then put in vegetables [if using carrots, put these in first and let cook for ~2 minutes before putting in other veggies].
  • Break up Ramen noodles a bit, add to boiling veggies and cook according to instructions and desires. [I crush the noodles & cook them for 3 minutes]. Drain some *but not all* water- leave some for a soup-like consistency. Either microwave or boil frozen chicken, cut up and serve on top of noodles & veggies.

    This looks really good. :) I'll try it out sometime. Also, I bet canned chicken would be a good substitute for the actual frozen chicken. Faster too. Thanks for the great recipe!
