Louis' Tomatillo Fajitas

- 15 ripe tomatillos shopping list
- 1 1/2 pound fajitas meat shopping list
- 2 jalepenos shopping list
- 1 cup cilantro shopping list
- 1 tablespoon cumino shopping list
- 12 corn tortillas shopping list
How to make it
- Slice fat off meat with sharp knife
- Saute tomatillos in a pan in oil until skin begins to peel
- Let tomatillos cool (rinse in cold water to speed up the process)
- peel skin off tomatillos (use a knife to get started)
- Slice tomatillos add back to pan with some oil
- Smash tomatillos into a juicy sauce
- Add sliced beef
- Add seasonings, jalepenos, and cilantro
- Flip beef
- In a seperate pan warm tortillas in 2 seperate stacks in olive oil
- Rotate tortillas
- When tortillas are warm and slightly crispy they are ready
- When beef is firm yet tender it is ready
- Make your tacos!
- Serve with beer or Mexican soda
- Enjoy!
