Hidden Treasure Nuggets

An easy but wonderful bit of bite sized perfection for those who like just a touch of something sweet or to round out a candy/cookie tray. You could certainly coat these with dark or milk chocolate...but, why? ;)
Ingredients
- 24oz quality white chocolate pieces(candy melts, or premium chips, not "candy coating" or almond bark) shopping list
- 1lb peanut butter filled pretzels shopping list
How to make it
- Melt chocolate in microwave in glass bowl. Start with one minute, stir well, then heat at 20 second intervals until completely melted. Make sure to stir well between each heat cycle.
- Drop pretzel nuggets into chocolate a few at time, and, with a fork, toss in the chocolate.
- Remove with the fork to parchment paper, silicon mat or other non stick surface.
- Let harden completely
