How to make it

  • Toast your bread in the toaster.
  • Butter the bread as you would normal toast.
  • Place a slice of cheese in between the buttered bread and microwave for 10 -15 seconds, just long enough to melt the cheese.
  • I love making these at work, its such a quick and easy lunch!

    Ahhh this brings back memories of when my niece was little. She would make these herself and we'd call them nuclear cheese sandwiches :)
