How to make it

  • Boil Ingredient A until cooked . Reserve the boiled water to make chicken rice .
  • Take out the boiled chicken , place in a bowl .
  • In another bowl , assemble all ingredient B , and mix well .
  • Place the boiled chicken in Ingredient B bowl , and mix well , make sure all the sauce coats the chicken , and leave it for 1 hour .
  • Deep fry the chicken over medium heat.And cook for a few minutes just to let the sauce infuse into the chicken because our chicken is already boiled .
  • Drain the chicken with paper towels .
  • Note : After marinating the chicken , there would be left over marinating sauce , reserve it and you can enjoy it with the chicken rice as a sauce .
  • Because the chicken is coated with soy sauce and oyster sauce , frying it will leave a black residue , on the bottom of your pan or wok .
  • To remove the residue , simply soak your pan overnight . The next day scrub it with a metal scrubber .
