Blueberry Toasting Bread

- 3 1/2 c all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/4 c sugar shopping list
- 1/2 packet rapid rise yeast shopping list
- 1 1/2 c warm water shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) shopping list
How to make it
- Dissolve yeast, sugar and salt in warm water in large bowl. Let sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add blueberries ( if using frozen berries, allow them to come to room temperature first)
- Slowly and Gently add flour
- Stir dough, slowly adding flour, until dough is stiff and pulls away from sides of bowl.
- Turn onto lightly floured surface and knead. Some berries will pop, but knead GENTLY and don't over-knead.
- Place dough in large, covered, greased bowl and allow to rise in warm place until doubled (about 45 minutes) See Photo
- Turn onto floured surface and gently knead again.
- Shape dough into a loaf and place in large greased loaf pan.
- Cover and allow to rise in warm place for about an hour.
- Bake at 350 F for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
- Enjoy! Makes one large loaf.
