How to make it

  • prehet oven--350 degrees. Spray 2 6 x 3 mini loaf pans
  • Place banana chips in plastic bag and crush with rolling pin.
  • whisk muffin mix and cocoa
  • add chocolat milk ,oil, & eggs. stir till smooth.
  • Stir in banana chips and chocolate chips
  • divide batter between 2 pans, Bake 50- 55 min until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pans on a rack for 20 min.
  • make glaze: mix powdered sugar, cream, and banana extract.
  • Drizzle over loaves and let cool completely.
