Italian Meat Balls

- 1 pound ground beef (1/2 from round, 1/2 from chuck) shopping list
- 1 egg, beaten shopping list
- 2/3 cup Italian bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/3 cup sharp ramano cheese shopping list
- pepper - little shake shopping list
- 1 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 1 tsp. italian seasoning shopping list
- 1 tbsp. water shopping list
How to make it
- Mix ingredients.
- Roll into balls.
- Cook on low in dutch oven (or crock pot) with Prego sauce for 3-4 hours.
- Tips:
- Roll meat balls loosly to allow the sauce to add flavor.
- Add sauce to the bottom of the dutch oven or crock pot first to keep the meat balls from sticking to the bottom.
- If cooking in a crock pot start them on high for 30-45 min, then turn them to low.
