How to make it

  • Mix all the meatloaf ingredients together. Split the meat mixture in half.
  • Pat first half of meat mixture into the bottom of a meatloaf dish. Evenly add the stuffing ingredients, then top with the second half of the meat mixture.
  • Bake covered at 375 for 45 min. Uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
