Cheesy Corn Salad

This is a really good salad from Paula Deen. I've made it several times now, but most recently over the holidays as a side to a chili supper. It is always well received. It's great for a potluck because it come together quickly. Read more Don't add the corn chips until right before serving. See less
Ingredients
- 2 (15 ounce) cans whole kernel corn, drained shopping list
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 cup green peppers, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup red onions, chopped shopping list
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) bags coarsely crushed Fritos chili cheese corn chips shopping list
How to make it
- Mix first 5 ingredients and chill. Stir in corn chips just before serving.
