Chicken - Gasm

- 2 clove garlic, chopped shopping list
- 1 sm onion , chopped shopping list
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless shopping list
- 2 c feta cheese shopping list
- 1/4 c parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/4 c italian blend cheese shopping list
- white shredded cheese shopping list
- 2 c sour cream shopping list
- 1 lg chopped tomato shopping list
- thyme, basil rosemary and some white wine shopping list
- milk shopping list
How to make it
- In a large fry pan over medium heat saute onion and garlic in a tablespoon of oil.Add a splash of white wine.
- Add the chicken breasts and enough milk to cover the breasts halfway and begin to simmer.Add the spices to your own taste. As the chicken simmers add a one cup of sour cream to thicken sauce.stir gently.
- Add 1 cup of feta cheese and a couple of tablespoons of parmesan cheese.stir.Add the chopped tomato and more milk or sour cream if sauce has reduced and chicken is not covered enough.
- When chicken is halfway done add the rest of the feta cheese. stir gently.
- Simmer until chicken is no longer pink inside .
- Serve over angel hair pasta.
- Sprinkle white shredded cheese on top.
