How to make it

  • In a large fry pan over medium heat saute onion and garlic in a tablespoon of oil.Add a splash of white wine.
  • Add the chicken breasts and enough milk to cover the breasts halfway and begin to simmer.Add the spices to your own taste. As the chicken simmers add a one cup of sour cream to thicken sauce.stir gently.
  • Add 1 cup of feta cheese and a couple of tablespoons of parmesan cheese.stir.Add the chopped tomato and more milk or sour cream if sauce has reduced and chicken is not covered enough.
  • When chicken is halfway done add the rest of the feta cheese. stir gently.
  • Simmer until chicken is no longer pink inside .
  • Serve over angel hair pasta.
  • Sprinkle white shredded cheese on top.
