Sesame Oyster Sauce Pak Choi

- 300g Pak Choi shopping list
- 2 cloves fresh garlic shopping list
- 4 tbsp peanut oil shopping list
- quality oyster sauce shopping list
- sesame oil shopping list
How to make it
- Chop garlic and fry in peanut oil until golden. Remove from heat before it becomes too dark as garlic will continue to cook. Spoon into a small bowl and keep aside until pak choi is cooked.
- Wash pak choi, then cut in half down the centre ensuring core is intact.
- Place pak choi on a plate and steam in bamboo steamer until stems are just cooked.
- Drizzle oyster sauce over pak choi, then crispy garlic and sesame oil.
- Serve immediately.
