Mexican Stuffed Shells

- 1 box of jumbo pasta shells shopping list
- 1 pound lean ground beef shopping list
- 2 cups salsa shopping list
- 1 can(8 ounces) tomato sauce shopping list
- 1 cup frozen corn shopping list
- 1/2 cup black beans drained and rinsed shopping list
- 1 cup shredded mexicna cheese blend shopping list
- toppings shopping list
- sour cream shopping list
- salse shopping list
- sliced ripe olives shopping list
- sliced green onions shopping list
How to make it
- 1. You can either cook pasta shells according to package instructions or fill them wihtout doing that (I do not cook my shells)
- 2. In a skillet cook the beef until done and then drain then add the salsa, tomato sauce, corn and beans and spoon into pasta shells.
- 3. in a baking dish sprayed with non stick spray place the filled shells in dish and then sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees and then top with your favorite topping
