How to make it
- 1. In saucepan melt the butter over medium heat and cook the mushrooms in the butter for about 5 minutes then sprinkle the flour over the mushrooms and pour in the broth a little at a time stirring constantly. Stir in the bouillon cube and sherry and then bring to a boil and remove from heat and stir in the cream heat through without boiling
