How to make it

  • 1. In saucepan melt the butter over medium heat and cook the mushrooms in the butter for about 5 minutes then sprinkle the flour over the mushrooms and pour in the broth a little at a time stirring constantly. Stir in the bouillon cube and sherry and then bring to a boil and remove from heat and stir in the cream heat through without boiling
  • You can if you dont like the sliced mushrooms put the soup through a blended

    I don't drink, and I'm not really good with terms--when you say sherry, is it a cooking sherry, what kind do you use, and how small a container can I buy?
