How to make it

  • Salt and Pepper your Scallops
  • Assemble the scallops as followed:
  • place two jalepeno strips on opposite sides of the scallop and then wrap with a strip of bacon.
  • Secure the bacon and jalepeno to the scallop with a toothpick.
  • Heat your grill or oven up to 400
  • Place your cast iron skillet on the grill and saute the garlic in the 4 T of butter.
  • Add the scallops to the skillet and cook for Approx 7-8 min, turning halfway.
