Cast Iron Scallops

- 8-10 Colassal Size sea scallops shopping list
- kosher salt & Fresh cracked black pepper shopping list
- 8-10 small strips of bacon ( long enough to wrap around your scallop) shopping list
- 16-20 thin strips of fresh Jalepeno shopping list
- 4 garlic cloves minced shopping list
- 4 T butter shopping list
How to make it
- Salt and Pepper your Scallops
- Assemble the scallops as followed:
- place two jalepeno strips on opposite sides of the scallop and then wrap with a strip of bacon.
- Secure the bacon and jalepeno to the scallop with a toothpick.
- Heat your grill or oven up to 400
- Place your cast iron skillet on the grill and saute the garlic in the 4 T of butter.
- Add the scallops to the skillet and cook for Approx 7-8 min, turning halfway.
