Glowing Skin Smoothie

this is my go to breakfast! lots of energy and glowing skin, and it taste like candy!
Ingredients
- 1 large carrot shopping list
- 8 frozen cherries {frozen for a cold smoothie and sweetness} shopping list
- 1 banana shopping list
- 1/2 cup of mango shopping list
- 1/2 cup frozen rasberrys or cranberrys shopping list
- 1/2 cup low fat plain yogurt or Greek yogurt shopping list
- 2 tblsp flax seed or pumpkin seeds shopping list
- your fovorite juice... i use orange mango or coconut shopping list
How to make it
- throw all in a blender and fill to the top with juice and blend!
- nice and cold and sweet, you cant even tell its good for you!
