Ingredients
- 2 cans pink salmon, drain juice, make sure to take the bones out shopping list
- 2 packages crackers, crushed shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- In an mixing bowl combine salmon, crackers and the eggs.
- Make them as hamburger patties.
- In a skillet add vegetable oil.Let the oil get hot before adding the patties.Once the oil is hot add the patties.Fry till it gets golden brown on both sides.
