How to make it

  • Make beans ahead of time ,Clean & rinse beans,put onto boil in pot ,cook pinto beans for up to 3-4 hours or until done.Or use the bag of dehydrated bag of refried beans. When boiled beans are done put a fry pan onto stove & warm up with oil a small amount for refrying beans, another technique I like is just a little bit of bean juice, less oil for me. Put beans & use a bean smasher to smash beans into pan until all smashed & becomes refried beans. Take & put beans into a bowl for later. Put meat & garlic into a pan for Browning & fry meat until done,Add about two tablespoon or 3 of taco seasonings into meat,stir add a quarter cup of water & stir simmer for about 5 min. Put aside into a bowl. Now take & dice up your lettuce,tomato,avocado. Put into another bowl. Now cut up some jalapeños into quarters about 4 and put into blender with 1 can of tomato sauce with garlic about 2 teaspoons double the jalapeños & tomato sauce if you want to make more. Add salt,and blend.Put into a pur jar & put into frig. You could make this one first if you choose. Then take tosado's & smash into a bowl,1 large bag. Into fine bits. Then take a pie pan & spray with Spam or a brand of your choice. then mix smash chips & refried beans in a bowl until consistency of it can be used to make a pie form into pie pan flatten into pie.Then layer meat & then cheese Do as many layer of meat & cheese till top. Then finishing making the rest of pie pans. bake for about 30 min. each at 325○ Then when done sprinkle on the middle top with diced salad & serve with hot homemade salsa. Freeze the pies you dont use for later.

    I have made frito pies all my life, but never like this. How interesting - will have to try it.
