Vin Blanc Mint Marinade

- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint shopping list
- 10 fluid ounces dry white wine shopping list
- 1 tbsp lemon juice shopping list
- 4 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, crushed shopping list
- salt and black pepper, to taste shopping list
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil shopping list
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare fresh herbs first washing well to make sure no sand is clinging then very finely chop.
- Whisk all the ingredients well and store in refrigerator in a sealed container.
