Chicken Fajitas With Cajun Sauce

- 1 pound boneless, skinless, chicken breast, sliced or cubed. shopping list
- 1 large vidalia onion, sliced shopping list
- 1 medium red bellpepper, sliced shopping list
- 1 medium green bellpepper, sliced shopping list
- 1 medium yellow bellpepper, sliced shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups mayo or plain yogurt shopping list
- 1 package McCormick chicken taco seasoning shopping list
- 4 tablespoons cajun spice shopping list
- 1 cup chicken broth shopping list
- 1 package of soft flour tortillas shopping list
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- spinach shopping list
How to make it
- Begin cooking sliced chicken in skillet on high heat.
- After chicken has been cooked, stir in vegetables, broth, and taco seasoning. Cook on high for another 5 minutes, then reduces heat to medium and cover and cook until vegetables are tender.
- In a medium bowl, combine mayo and cajun spice, stir until blended into a thick sauce.
- Spread sauce on tortilla shells then add spinchach, fajita mix and cheese.
