How to make it

  • Begin cooking sliced chicken in skillet on high heat.
  • After chicken has been cooked, stir in vegetables, broth, and taco seasoning. Cook on high for another 5 minutes, then reduces heat to medium and cover and cook until vegetables are tender.
  • In a medium bowl, combine mayo and cajun spice, stir until blended into a thick sauce.
  • Spread sauce on tortilla shells then add spinchach, fajita mix and cheese.
