Gingered Jicama Slaw

- 6 cups cabbage, Savoy shopping list
- 2 cups Fresh baby arugula shopping list
- 2 cups jicama (yambean) Raw shopping list
- 1/4 cup ground almonds shopping list
- 1 cup parsley, Raw Fresh shopping list
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Reggiano shopping list
- 2 cups Creamy Ginger Dressing shopping list
How to make it
- Finely shred the cabbage, arugula and jicama.
- Mince the fresh parsley.
- Toast the ground almonds until lightly brown.
- Combine ground almonds, parsely, Creamy Ginger Dressing and parmesan. Pour dressing over the shredded vegetables and toss until thoroughly coated.
- Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
