How to make it

  • Finely shred the cabbage, arugula and jicama.
  • Mince the fresh parsley.
  • Toast the ground almonds until lightly brown.
  • Combine ground almonds, parsely, Creamy Ginger Dressing and parmesan. Pour dressing over the shredded vegetables and toss until thoroughly coated.
  • Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
