How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Salt pork and roll in brown sugar (rub sugar in if necessary).
  • Place meat in large baking dish,
  • Bake at 350°F for one hour,
  • Drain as needed and add barbeque sauce - increase heat to 400°F.
  • Bake 30 minutes.
