乾炒冬笋 Sautéed Bamboo Shots

- 3 cups bamboo shoots, slivered shopping list
- 2 tbsp. oil shopping list
- 1½ tbsp. light soy sauce shopping list
Seasoning
- 5 tbsp. stock shopping list
- 2 tbsp. wine shopping list
- ½ tsp. salt shopping list
- ½ tsp. sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Sauté slivered bamboo in oil and soy sauce until all the liquid has evaporated.
- Add seasoning to the bamboo and sauté until all the liquied has evaporated.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and serve after 2 or 3 minutes.
