Dried Beef Rolls

Quick -- Easy -- Make a-head! I've used these as a meal instead of an appetizer! I will make enough to put 6-8 on each plate (or more depending on each person't appetite), add a dill pickle wedge to the plate with a side salad and some tortilla chips. Ingredients
- dried beef (packaged or jarred) shopping list
- cream cheese and/or cottage cheese (or combination of both) shopping list
- milk or cream (if you need to thin out the cream cheese mixture) shopping list
How to make it
- Soften the cream cheese and thin if necessary. You want the cheese mixture to be thin enough so that it does not tear the beef slices when you are spreading it out. Spread the mixture onto the beef slices and then roll up and slice into pinwheels. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
