- 6OML caster sugar shopping list
- 2 EXTRA LARGE egg whites shopping list
- 250 ML fresh cream shopping list
How to make it
- 1. CHOP THE CHOCOLATE INTO SMALL PIECES AND MIX WITH CREAM.
- 2. MELT OVER VERY LOW HEAT ON THE STOVE, STIRRING CONTINUOUSLY,
- 3. STIR UNTIL SMOOTH. COOL UNTIL MIXTURE BEGINS TO THICKEN.
- 4. BEAT THE EGGS WHITES UNTIL STIFF PEAKS FORM, GRADUALLY ADDING
- AS YOU DO SO .CONTINUE BESTING UNTIL MIXTURE IS THICK AND GLOSSY.
- CAREFULLY FOLD THE MIXTURE INTO THE CHOCOLATE
- AND CREAM.SPOON INTO INDIVIDUAL DISHES OR SERVE INTO A LARGE DISH .CHILL ,OVER NIGHT
