  • 4. BEAT THE EGGS WHITES UNTIL STIFF PEAKS FORM, GRADUALLY ADDING
  • AS YOU DO SO .CONTINUE BESTING UNTIL MIXTURE IS THICK AND GLOSSY.
  • CAREFULLY FOLD THE MIXTURE INTO THE CHOCOLATE
  • AND CREAM.SPOON INTO INDIVIDUAL DISHES OR SERVE INTO A LARGE DISH .CHILL ,OVER NIGHT
