How to make it

  • 1. CHOP THE CHOCOLATE INTO SMALL PIECES AND MIX WITH CREAM.
  • 2. MELT OVER VERY LOW HEAT ON THE STOVE, STIRRING CONTINUOUSLY,
  • 3. STIR UNTIL SMOOTH. COOL UNTIL MIXTURE BEGINS TO THICKEN.
  • 4. BEAT THE EGGS WHITES UNTIL STIFF PEAKS FORM, GRADUALLY ADDING
  • AS YOU DO SO .CONTINUE BESTING UNTIL MIXTURE IS THICK AND GLOSSY.
  • CAREFULLY FOLD THE MIXTURE INTO THE CHOCOLATE
  • AND CREAM.SPOON INTO INDIVIDUAL DISHES OR SERVE INTO A LARGE DISH .CHILL ,OVER NIGHT
