Ingredients
  • 4 medium oranges
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons grand marnier liqueur or cointreau
  • butter, melted
  • creme fraiche to serve

Directions
  1. Pull a sheet of aluminum foil large enough to wrap around an orange.
  2. Pull another the same size and put it over the first to create a double-layer. Repeat for other 3 oranges.
  3. Brush the center of each square with plenty of melted butter.
  4. Peel the oranges, removing all the white stuff and catch the juices in a bowl while you peel.
  5. Slice the oranges crosswise into thick slices.
  6. Reassemble the oranges and place each orange on a square of the aluminum foil.
  7. Tuck the foil up around the oranges so they keep their shape, but leave an opening at the top.
  8. Mix together the reserved orange juice, maple syrup and liqueur.
  9. Spoon the mixture over the oranges.
  10. Add a pat of butter to each orange "package" .
  11. Grill on a hot grill for 10-12 minutes.
  12. Serve with cream fraiche.
  13. Yummmmmm
