How to make it

  • 1. Remove zest from 4 of the tangerines and put to one side.
  • 2. Juice the 8 tangerines.
  • 3. combine first two ingredients including the zest and 1 cup of water and and then bring to a boil when the sugar has melted then put the mixture through a strainer to make sure to get an pips, pith, and the zest and then add the lemon juice and then place in the ice cream machine until ready

    Oh, I just finished painting the guest house and it is so hot today, here in Florida. I could use a bi--i--g bowl of this delicious sorbet. Groan.
