How to make it

  • Take the oranges and on a cutting board. Remove all the skin and pith. (White parts)
  • Slice thinly and place in a bowl and cover with orange liqueur. The longer it sits the better:)
  • Refrigerate. I was pressed for time and only able to for about an hour.
  • Try and spoon some liqueur over the oranges from the bowl a couple of times. Carefully spoon oranges onto a plate and drizzle more liqueur over. Garnish and serve.
  • For the child's version
  • Add orange juice and honey into a saucepan. Heat until dissolved let cool and pour over sliced oranges in a bowl same as above but without the liqueur!
