Twice Baked Potatoes

- 13 baking size potatoes, washed and pricked with a fork and baked for about 45 minutes at 425 degrees shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 1 cup Shredded cheese shopping list
- 1 cup fresh cream shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- 1. When potatoes are done take a knife and cut an oval shape out of the top of the potatoe and scoop out the potato making sure to leave a little and place the scooped out potato in a bowl and when all potatoes have been done then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well thenput back into the potato skins and top with chives and a little paprika and they are ready to rebake just long enough to reheat them
