Chicken recipe recommended by a co-worker who makes this every Easter.
Ingredients
- 5 boneless chicken breasts (half-breast) shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1/2 can of milk shopping list
- 1/2 brick of monterey jack cheese shopping list
- 1 pkg stove top stuffing shopping list
How to make it
- Place chicken in 8 x13 baking dish, mix soup and milk, pour over chicken.
- Grate 1/2 brick of monterey jack cheese, spread over chicken.
- Take 1 pkg stove top stuffing, spread over chicken.
- Bake at 350 for 50-60 min with foil on, 10 minutes with it off.
