  • 1. melt the butter in a pan and add the onions, bell pepper, garlic, zucchine, broccolli, carrots, salt and pepper and the tomatoes and saute until all are soft or you can leave it al dente your choice.
  • 2. Then add the pasta and mix well then remove from the heat and gently fold in the parmesan and fresh parsley and serve
