Pasta Primavera

- 1 lb pasta - your choice (cooked and drained) shopping list
- 4 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 2 cups chopped onions (I did red and white mix) shopping list
- 1 cup chopped red/yellow/orange peppers shopping list
- 2 teaspoons salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic shopping list
- 1 lb zucchini halved and cut again shopping list
- 2 cups broccoli florets shopping list
- 1 cup diced carrots shopping list
- 1 cup diced fresh tomatoes shopping list
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley shopping list
How to make it
- 1. melt the butter in a pan and add the onions, bell pepper, garlic, zucchine, broccolli, carrots, salt and pepper and the tomatoes and saute until all are soft or you can leave it al dente your choice.
- 2. Then add the pasta and mix well then remove from the heat and gently fold in the parmesan and fresh parsley and serve
