How to make it

  • Crust:
  • Mix together nuts, flour and butter.
  • Pat into a 13x9 inch baking dish.
  • Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool
  • First Layer:
  • In a bowl, whip 1/4 cup heavy cream.
  • Add softened cream cheese, peanut butter and confectioners' sugar to the whipped cream. Mix until creamy.
  • Spread over the crust.
  • Chill for 15 minutes.
  • Second Layer:
  • Beat together vanilla pudding, chocolate pudding,milk and vanilla.
  • Spread over first layer.
  • Chill for 15 minutes.
  • Top with whipped cream , crushed peanuts and sundae cherries.
