How to make it

  • Trim the fat from the pork chops and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Season with garlic, Mrs. Dash and salt and pepper.
  • In a small bowl combine the apples with the cinnamon and sugar till well blended.
  • Arrange the slices of apples on top of the chops.
  • Place in a preheated oven at 400, for 20 minutes or until browned. I used the broiler for the last few minutes to brown the apples a little more, and not dry out the meat.
