Greek Vinaigrette

- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar shopping list
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sugar or 1 teaspoon Splenda granular shopping list
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 2 oz feta cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Combine vinegar and spices in a blender.
- 2 Slowly stream oil into mixture as it blends remove the little cap and pour through the hole), until the dressing emulsifies. Add the feta cheese at the very end.
- Makes 1 cup or 16 tbsp
