How to make it

  • Start by seasoning your Chicken lightly with Black peper, Red Pepper, Garlic Powder, and Paul Prudhome seasoning. Let chicken sit while you put the rest of the stuff together.
  • Pre-heat oven to 350.
  • In a large bowl add your Can of Frenchs Fried Onions, Bread Crumbs, Flour and all dry spices See Photo. Make a seperate bowl with eggs beat well.
  • While oven pre-heats melt 6 tablespoons of butter in a metal bowl in oven.
  • drench your chicken in the egg bath then go to the crumb mixture. Dont press down on the mixture instead Roll your chicken till completely covered. Move covered chicken to a Glass baking dish thats lightly greased.
  • Any left over crumbs should be sprinkled over top of chicken. Drizzle all chicken with melted butter and cook @ 350 for 35 min. Tops should be brown and internal temp should be around 170ish. See Photo
