Kohlrabi Patties

- 1 cup Kohlrabi Raw shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 tbsp margarine shopping list
- 1 tbsp coconut flour shopping list
- 1 tbsp Brown rice vinegar shopping list
- 1 tsp horseradish shopping list
- 1 tsp Granulated Baking Splenda shopping list
- 1 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 1 tsp Real Iodized salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp pepper, White shopping list
How to make it
- Retain the kohlrabi greens and shred about 1/2 cup of the greens. See Photo
- Shred the kohlrabi and mix in the greens. Microwave these on high for about 90 seconds to soften. Remove and toss with the margarine and let cool a bit so you can handle it to make the patties.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet.
- Mix the remaining ingredients to the microwaved kohlrabi, form into patties and brown in the skillet See Photo. Turn the patty after cooking 3-4 minutes on a side. See Photo

Here is what it looks like. There is also a purple variety. The leaves are edible and a bit like mustard greens.

Form the patties but don't make them too large or they will be difficult to handle.
