How to make it

  • ~Put ham in the cooker.
  • ~Fill halfway with ginger ale
  • ~Put mustard on top
  • ~Cook for time needed for your amount of meat and cooker size
  • ~Strain meat, reserving liquid
  • ~Put strained liquid in a pan
  • ~Add fruit juice of your choice
  • ~Add little ground ginger.
  • ~Cook juices down till it is at your desired consistency
  • ~Add Red Pepper flakes if desired, amount to your liking.
  • ~Serve sauce over meat.
