Chicken Noodle Soup

- 3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs shopping list
- 6 cans low sodium chicken stock shopping list
- 3 stalks celery, chopped shopping list
- 2 carrots, sliced shopping list
- 1 medium onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 pkg egg noodles, might not use them all shopping list
- seasoning to taste...everyone has their own preference. shopping list
- Extra water in case it reduces too much. shopping list
How to make it
- Put chicken and stock in a pot over med-high heat and cook until chicken is done.
- Pull chicken out to cool so you can shred it.
- Add carrots, onions, celery and seasoning to stock and allow to simmer while you address chicken.
- Place chicken back in stock after stringing it and allow to simmer until carrots and celery are tender.
- Add egg noodles and simmer until done.
- YUM!
