How to make it

  • 1. Put the water and sugar in saucepan and stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved and then place in container and let chill if you have an ice cream maker that does not allow you to put in hot liquids.
  • 2. Then place the simple syrup, lemon juice, strawberry puree in blender until mixed and then place in ice cream machine or place in container and allow to freeze 3-4 hours.
