How to make it

  • Combine all except the turkey together ; toss into the ground meat well enough to distribute, but not too aggressively. Let sit at room temp. at least 4 hrs. Form into patties and pan fry. I used a teflon pan and 1 tsp. evoo. do not crowd the pan--do another round. Keep an eye on the bottom of the burger: when it looks cooked through, flip over and fry the other side.
