How to make it

  • STEP 1. Spread generous amounts of avocado and pesto onto the slices of bread, and throw your other ingredients on too. Season with salt & pepper if desired.
  • STEP 2. After creating your sandwich, heat up a frying pan and add some butter (the more the better) and put the sandwich in the pan.
  • STEP 3. Cook for 3 minutes on each side, or until browned
  • STEP 4. Cut up you scrumptious sandwich and get it in your belly!
