Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine flour, sugar, salt, milk and vanilla beating until smooth.
  • Add eggs and beat well then stir in butter.
  • Refrigerate batter at least 2 hours.
  • Cook crepes on crepe pan or in skillet with oil.
  • Pour 2 tablespoons batter into pan.
  • Quickly tilt pan in all directions so batter covers pan in a thin film.
  • Cook 1 minute or until lightly brown.

    Thank you so much! I went to one of my town Flea Markets and had a Crepe for the first time and i deligitaly watched how they did it and came home to try it. Boy it was a mess!! Then i searched and saw this recipe. Great directions. Thanks again(:

    I made your crepe recipe for a friend today and they were great. I filled them with riccotta, powdered sugar and vanilla. Wonderful!
