How to make it

  • Top slices of cooked ham with slices of cheese
  • Roll them up and secure with a toothpick
  • Dredge the rolls in flour
  • Dip in the beaten egg
  • Dip in the breadcrumbs to cover
  • Fry in deep, hot oil until golden
  • Take out the cocktail stick before serving!!
