How to make it
- Top slices of cooked ham with slices of cheese
- Roll them up and secure with a toothpick
- Dredge the rolls in flour
- Dip in the beaten egg
- Dip in the breadcrumbs to cover
- Fry in deep, hot oil until golden
- Take out the cocktail stick before serving!!
