  • Place the strawberries in a pan and add the sugar and cook until the sugar has dissolved and then turn up the heat and let it boil making sure to stir all the time and when it reaches geling point remove from the heat I passed mine through a sieve and ended up with all the fruit and place that in a container and added back some of the juice but before you do that remove the foam that forms from the top of the jam and put in a container and keep in the fridge
