How to make it

  • Here's my recipe for watermelon salsa, its delicious and perfect for those aggravatingly hot and humid days

  • recipe.. 1tbs of paprika, 1 tbs of black pepper, 1 ts of apple1tbs of paprika, 1 tbs of black pepper, 1 ts of apple pie spice, 2 shots of apple cider vinegar, 1 tbs of salt, 2 garlic cloves fresh basil crushed 1 tbs of oregano, ,1/2 tbs of allspice, 1/4 cup of water & stir till well mixed.
  • clean, perforate, cut chicken into 1 inch thick strips chicken, soak 6 chicken breast cut into strips for 1 hour, dust with coffee (regular coffee, not flavored coffee), let sit for an 1/2 hour flip another light dusting,
  • take a lemon , slice and place on chicken, seal and refrigerate till you're ready to cook.
  • 5 minutes on each side . depending on your grill type and thickness of your strips , i usually shred the chicken
  • , i prefer a coal grill
  • Make sure u taste the marinade while prepping it's essential
  • grab a couple loaves of Italian bread lightly toast cut 2 1/2 inch slices stuff chicken strips inside, top with a scoop of salsa, salt if you want but its not needed, garnish with small bit of cilantro,
