How to make it

  • Place the brown sugar, orange juice and extract in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat, then lower the heat to medium and stir in 2/3 of the sliced bananas, cooking until they are very soft. Combine the cornstarch and the water seperately, and add to the sauce; cook and stir until the sauce is thickened a bit. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining bananas.
