How to make it

  • In a bowl mash the bananas and add egg mix well then add flour / cinnamon/ salt /sugar/ and cardamon powder mix them till a thick batter is form then add milk to this and mix till u find the right consistency and there are no lumps in the batter
  • In a non stick pan add 1 tsp of clarified butter and pour in the batter ... cook on medium to slow flame so that pancakes dont burn cook for 2-4 mins on one side and then flip to cook another side ....repeat the same with rest of the batter
  • Ready to serve !!!
  • Serve with honey or fresh cream as per one's choice :-P
  • Enjoy !!!!!!
  • Tip :-
  • U can add some barcardi rum to the batter if u like but only if u dont serve to children
  • Instead of cardamon powder u can alway use vanilla essences .... its upto u....
